Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store balance for faster processing.
When Refunds Are Issued:

Damaged Products
Full refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged. Please provide photos or videos as proof. -
Incorrect or Missing Items
Full refund or replacement if you receive the wrong product, wrong color, size, or if components are missing. No need to return incorrect items. Please provide photos as proof if requested. -
Out of Stock or Unable to Ship
Full refund if the product is out of stock or cannot be shipped. You will be notified promptly. -
Delayed Orders
Full refund if delivery exceeds:
- 30 days for USA, Europe, Canada, New Zealand
- 60 days for South America, Middle East, India, Africa
Delays due to incorrect address, unclaimed packages, or inability to contact the customer are not eligible. -
Order Cancellation
Full refund if the order is canceled before shipment. Customized or branded orders may have restrictions. -
Missing Packages
Full refund if the package is lost during shipping.
Cases Not Eligible for Refund:
- Orders marked as delivered.
- Packages unclaimed and destroyed by local carrier.
- Issues caused by incorrect address, refused package, customs clearance, or unknown recipient.
- Returns requested after 30 days from receipt date.
- Disputes without valid tracking info or outside allowed shipping options.
- Damage or delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, war, etc.).
- Customer dissatisfaction such as “does not like product,” odor, or slight differences from description.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:
We discourage returns due to high shipping costs and processing time. To help keep prices fair for all customers, please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and resalable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of $3 will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing.
- Returns must be sent to the designated warehouse only.
- Please provide the return tracking number to speed up your refund.
How to Request a Refund:

For damaged or incorrect items, please provide photos or videos as proof.
If a return is necessary, you will also need to provide a return tracking number.
Why a Restocking Fee?
The $3 restocking fee helps us cover costs related to inspecting, processing, and handling returned items.
This fee is kept low to remain fair while helping reduce unnecessary returns and keep product prices affordable for all customers.
